Deeley Freed took on the development management and construction management of the scheme on behalf of SACO Cannon Street Limited beginning with the pursuit of a refreshed Planning Consent. 


This complex development involved the strip out and demolition of all buildings and floors followed by new construction works, fit out and phased apartment handovers to SACO.

Bounded on all sides by City of London highways, numerous constraints applied to the development and significant negotiations with London Underground were necessary regarding works adjacent to Mansion House tube station.
