Luke Martin MRICS is a Development Manager at Deeley Freed with over 12 years’ experience delivering complex mixed-use, residential, commercial and life sciences developments across the UK.
A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Luke has led major projects from acquisition and feasibility through planning, funding and delivery, including schemes with a combined gross development value exceeding £1 billion. His expertise spans development strategy, financial appraisal, stakeholder engagement and sustainability-led development. Before joining Deeley Freed, Luke held roles at Socius, JLL and Ridge, successfully delivering landmark projects for institutional investors, public sector partners and private developers.
