Profile Bio
Ross is a Director of DF Development Management Limited (DFDM) and a Chartered Project Management Surveyor with over 25 years' experience delivering complex development and construction projects across the UK.
Before joining Deeley Freed Estates in 2011 and subsequently establishing DFDM, Ross held roles with NHS Estates, Nuffield Health and as an independent project management consultant, giving him a broad understanding of both client and consultant perspectives.
Ross has delivered projects in the residential, commercial, healthcare and regeneration sectors. His experience ranges from £1 million commercial developments to £500 million city centre regeneration schemes, acting as Development Manager, Project Manager and Employer's Agent.
In 2025, Ross led one of the first projects in the UK to secure Building Safety Act Gateway 2 approval, reflecting his expertise in navigating the evolving building safety regime.
He qualified as a Chartered Project Management Surveyor in 2003 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
